Two transactions with Italist; both times the shipping was fast and efficient and customer service was excellent. I received the wrong item on my first transaction but after a couple of e-mail exchanges they agreed to return the full amount I paid. Even the return process was efficient. Because of this good experience I made another purchase. The item arrived within 3 business days considering it was coming from Italy. It was carefully packaged and I couldn't be happier!
I bought a Balmain skirt from the Italist. Unfortunately, it was too small and had to be returned. I followed the directions and sent the skirt with all tags attached, the next day i have received it. In a couple of weeks, I received an e-mail stating that the skirt had a pulled thread and considered to be damaged. As a result of that, italist denied my refund. I am so upset about the situation. Despite the fact that I was responsible for the return costs, about $120, now they want me to pay for the shipping of the item back to me. I would not recommend using italist to anyone. You might end up loosing money because they will try to deny a refund at any cost.

Ever since I discovered them I have been buying from them. They ship fast I don't have any complaints really they have good prices and ship in a good enough time frame.

At first, I was worried, but I was able to shop with peace of mind because I was able to contact you frequently and quickly.
The advantage is that you can buy it at a much lower price than regular stores.
I want to use it again !!!

Order was delayed which happens !! but I had to chase them to find this out.
Then I am moving house to another country so wouldn’t be at the address anymore due to the delay in shipping and Italist wouldn’t let me change address even before the item is shipped !!
Then they wouldn’t let me do a refund either
Then told me I can’t get refund as it’s already shipped
Check tracking number at it says not been picked up and still at boutique

It's the best boutique out there and I found Dolce and Gabbana Sicily bag for the best price and I will always buy my goods from their site.

None. They screwed me. Received wrong product and no one from support responded to my many emails / chat support messages.
